Wow two thumbs up to the passenger for filming before the driver pulled over, but cut it for the juicy part only.. Props to this officer. I wish she pulled me over instead of #KobyArnold, I probably would have avoided a sober night in jail. I’ve never heard an officer speak like this. It’s truly refreshing.. #mrcheckpointcommunity we need more of her and less of the other kind… here is the message I received with the full video, “We were pulled over on Beach Blvd & Westminster. This was recorded on October 5 at 1:05 am”. If you’re a passenger in a car being pulled over, this is how it’s done. Always film the police.
