A lawyer tries to file a complaint on a police officer at Beverly Hills Police Department

After a lawyer watched the footage in my instagram page of Officer Goff of Beverly Hills Police Department, he called to file a complaint. This is what happened during the 8 minute phone call…

Btw It’s been nearly 1 year but BHPD finally got back to me regarding officer Aaron Goff.. if you don’t know who he is, you might get an idea of the kind of officer he is from this interaction, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ETdxgpFrRCY

Before working for the Beverly Hills he was with the LAPD when he (Officer AARON GOFF) shot and killed an unarmed, mentally ill, and nearly naked 25 year old football star in Playa Vista in 2011. At a hearing, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals appeared receptive to physical evidence in the case, including the trajectory of the fatal bullet, is inconsistent with Goff’s account of the shooting.

That evidence suggests a disturbing scenario — that the shot to Doucet’s neck followed the one to his leg and that Goff may have fired it downward from a standing position as Doucet was falling to the ground. Originally Goff mentioned he only fired once but later testified, “I found out at a later time that there were two shots fired,” Goff said. Even more important are the coroner’s findings about the trajectory of the two shots Goff fired.

According to the autopsy report, the non-fatal shot to Doucet’s left flank traveled horizontally and exited his body through the middle lower back. The fatal shot to the right side of his neck traveled at a steep downward angle and lodged in his right back. Was this an execution? The family of Reginald Doucet Jr. received more than 1.5 million dollars because of that tragedy. There was many discrepancies from Goff’s testimony and the evidence in my opinion, but for some reason @bhpd_90210 hired him anyways. BTW, he made over $200k in 2017 when you combine his bonus, overtime and benefits according to Transparent California.

At least BHPD they found my allegations regarding my altercation with Officer Goff “sustained” which means that what I said did occur and that there was misconduct. What will happen to him I don’t know, but at least they are acknowledging his wrongdoing. I have more videos to share regarding this officer and the complaint process so stay tuned.
