Every person deserves to live with dignity and without fear.
A native of Northern New Mexico, Victoria Lucero developed a global perspective early in life through international study in Spain and Portugal. Her commitment to advocacy took root at the University of New Mexico, where she championed the rights of recently resettled refugees alongside immigration attorneys—an experience that cemented her decision to pursue a career in law. Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During her legal studies, she gained extensive hands-on experience through the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic and a non-profit organization specializing in special education law. Under attorney supervision, she represented clients across California and before the immigration court in El Paso, Texas. In 2020, Victoria returned home to establish The Law Office of Victoria Lucero, LLC. Her practice is built on the core conviction that every individual deserves to live with dignity and free from fear, that undocumented community members deserve a pathway to lawful status.
