Video footage shared by MrCheckpoint documents a nighttime interaction involving the Arkansas State Police and an occupant inside a stopped vehicle.
In the recording, a patrol unit pulls up behind a vehicle at night. An officer approaches the driver-side rear window and uses a tool to shatter the glass. Once the window is broken, the officer reaches inside the cabin to grab the occupant.
The occupant, who is shirtless, raises his hands and asks to unlock and open the door. The officer repeatedly orders the individual to crawl out while holding him by the dreadlocks and pulling his upper body directly through the broken window frame.
The footage captures the encounter as the officer continues to pull the man through the opening despite requests to open the door normally. MrCheckpoint highlights footage of law enforcement encounters to maintain public transparency and document police conduct across the country.
News reports place the stop near Blytheville, Arkansas, on August 19, 2026, after a pursuit that troopers said reached 130 mph. The passenger was later charged with obstruction of governmental operations and resisting arrest.
