Footage Shows Foot Chase and Confrontation in San Diego

Video footage shared by mrcheckpoint.com shows a confrontation involving tactical officers and bystanders on a residential street. Onscreen text indicates the incident took place in San Diego and involved federal immigration agents.

In the clip, officers wearing tactical vests marked with police patches arrive in vehicles, including a dark SUV equipped with flashing red and blue emergency lights. Nearby construction workers wearing safety vests and hard hats watch the encounter unfold from the roadway.

As officers move in, a man in a white shirt runs away down the sidewalk. Onlookers can be heard yelling for him to run as an armed officer gives chase on foot down the block.

The situation escalates as additional officers instruct workers and onlookers to stay back. One officer physically directs a man in a high-visibility vest away from the primary vehicle. Another person wearing a yellow shirt is held by officers near the open doors of the SUV, while officers open the rear hatch and secure the immediate area.
