Video Shows Tense Encounter Between Police and Bystander at Gas Station

A video recorded at a gas station at night shows multiple police officers interacting with drivers and bystanders during an active traffic stop.

In the footage, an officer approaches an individual who is filming the scene and orders them to remove their hands from their pockets. The officer shouts the command repeatedly using profanity. The person holding the camera questions the order, stating that the officer approached them, before the officer instructs them to walk away.

The video then shows officers moving around several vehicles parked near the gas pumps. Some of the vehicles have their hoods raised while officers inspect the area and speak with motorists standing nearby. Later in the clip, officers continue issuing verbal commands to individuals present at the scene.
