Wrongfully arrested during a traffic stop in Mt. Baldy, facing various charges. Seeking a civil case against CHP and the officer(s). `Driving an AWD Subaru Forester.

“All of this started over a traffic stop because I didn’t have snow chains in Mt Baldy. I was driving my AWD Subaru Forester. Looking for a good Civil Case attorney. I was wrongfully arrested last week. I broke no laws. The officer pulled his gun out on me with my 2 young daughters in the car(7 & 12).

My rights were never read and I was not told my charges at the time of arrest. My 2 young daughters were transported without a female officer present. I wasn’t told where they were being taken to. I have it all on video.

Ultimately I was charged with Delay/obstruction, DUI, and Felony child endangerment. I was not under the influence. Wasn’t given a field sobriety test. I wasn’t even suspected of it during the incident. The DA has not yet picked up the charges. But I would like to see if I have a civic suit against the CHP and the officer personally.

Handcuffed for over 4 hours. Wasn’t read my rights, wasn’t told what I was being charged with, and took my blood by force. Then taken to West Valley. They took my daughters with no female officer present and didn’t tell me where they were taking them.

No citation was given to me after arrest or release. All charges were dismissed as of 12/07/2021
