What is crazy is STEP UP is also running buildings on the West LA VA, Soldiers’ Home and you can see those testimonials here and also here. These are both interviews are from building 209. In 2015, the VA renovated Building 209 at the Soldiers Home with $30,000,000 of over $500,000,000 Congress gave VA to build housing for homeless Veterans at the Soldiers Home since 2011. The homeless Veteran tenants VA placed in the building didn’t pay rent, because they couldn’t afford it. VA also provided paying jobs to any tenants physically able to work. In 2017, VA gave the newly renovated, three story, Soldiers Home homeless housing Building 209 to major congressional campaign donors StepUp, Shangri-La and Vivian Ming Lum… For a monthly lease of $1,650! When that cartel moved in, they evicted all but six of the disabled Veteran tenants back into homelessness; and replaced them with housed Veterans who could get HUD VASH Vouchers and enough disability to pay market-rate rents the cartel began charging: starting at $1,598 a month per studio. The cartel failed to maintain Building 209 and amid StepUp receiving over $35,000,000 in Federal Grants; the only noticeable case management services are unlawful evictions of disabled senior citizen Veteran tenants like Bill… After he told the news what’s happening. Now the cartel asks California for $20,000,000 – to renovate the renovated Building 209; which they declared “an empty office building”.

Shangri-La construction are also involved and mention in the lawsuit and also with the West LA VA, Soldier’s Home. The INVESTIGATION MUST INCLUDE SOLDIERS’ HOME CORRUPTION.
